Hi jane, sorry, you’re not allowed to pay for past quarters. The payment deadline for any quarter is the last day of the quarter. Requirement is premium payment for 3 of the 6 months prior to first day of confinement. Ask Philhealth if you can avail in Mar if you pay for Jan to Mar, based on their new circular

Hi maam.. tnong ko lng po GSIS ng tatay ko nung nag file po ako ng disability d po na approved kc may loan dw po tatay ko at lumaki na interest .bnigyan ako form pra i file sa q.c Gsis branch pra my mkuha dw ako 25k pero dpat q din dw po ibyad sa na loan ni tatay. At byran pa dn tirang balance.. then nmtay na po tatay ko if mag file po ako ulit pra sa death claim ni tatay pwede po ba ? KHIt po may loan na d nbyaran ?

My goiter po ako 4 biopsy na po last year sept 2times pa lng po ako nkpag pa check up sa EENT clinic at kung e biopsy ako dun na din po .kung ma surgery po ba ako sa hospital private / public man . Mgmit ko po ba philhealth ko mag 1yr pa lng po ako member ng philhealth sa april.

Hi Glenn, I suggest you ask someone to check if the account is active, as maybe only the atm card was deactivated due to a certain reason. Ask your family to deposit 100 pesos to your account over the counter using a deposit slip. If your account is active, the deposit will be accepted. If no longer active or already closed, the deposit won’t be accepted. If your account is already closed, send your remittance for CASH PICKUP. If you send to a closed account, your remittance will be rejected and be put on hold and you’ll spend some time and money to amend your remittance from deposit-to-account to cash-pickup.

Hi ariane, if your father opened a passbook-with-atm account, his account number is written inside the passbook, near your father’s name, usually 10 digits; 12 digits if with 00 before the 10-digit no. If his account is atm-only, look for his account number in the deposit slip given to him when he opened his account (10-digit no. above your father’s name)

hi ms. nora, I have my overdue salary loan na hindi po na-settle. June 2012 po ako nag 1st loan amounting to 15000. total amount paid is only 3,937.44.last payment done in January 2013. as of today my loan balance is 14,499.22.ask ko lang po kung ano ano po ways para ma-settle ko sya na monthly payments na hindi na po lalakad yung interest and/or penalties. thanks in advance.

Hi ms nora. I had a miscarriage i bleed jan 7 and had my check up ultrasound on jan 8..the doctor diagnose that theres no more baby anymore but i had a retained placenta and need to undergo raspa. For now i still did not because the d and c operation was too expensive maybe tom will be schedule. Can i file my claim at sss even though my data is incomplete? I have no nso authenticated birthcertificate.
