But if your atm card is with your sister, you can enroll in BDO online banking, providing Philippine-based address and mobile phone, and then ask your sister to activate your enrollment using your atm card at a BDO atm machine. You will be given a code to enter via the machine.

Hi Bruce, have you checked your balance through atm? Was 2k already deducted? If your checks are warehoused, usually a check due on a Sat or Sun is automatically deposited for clearing the Friday before the weekend. If this happened, call AUB now. Yes, fund your check the very first minutes of AUB banking hours on Monday, and hope that AUB will give you some consideration about the penalty. If there’s no deduction yet on your balance today, then that’s a good sign — but make depositing your priority tomorrow, Monday.

Hi juan, as long as the amount you deposited is posted under Deposit column and added to your Balance, then your deposit is valid. Next time you deposit with passbook, check immediately, and if you see DEPN, ask the teller why DEPN was posted, and not DEP.

Hi james, if you just opened your account today or yesterday, it’s most likely that your account is not yet active, or not yet valid for atm withdrawal. It could also mean you pressed the wrong account type. Or the machine could be not functioning properly. Or you opened your account abroad, and your atm card is not yet linked to your account. Call BDO or go to your branch.
